"One of the largest pension funds in Asia is poised to invest USD550m in the property sector. The expected investment from Korea’s National Pension Service (NPS) is seen as a major boost for owners of large-scale real estate assets in the region. According to the NPS, it has awarded three mandates for a total of KRW600bn (USD554m) for investment in real estate in a drive to lift its exposure to alternative assets. The mandates have gone to three Korean managers - IGIS Asset Management; Mastern Investment Management, and ADF Asset Management."
